Refund policy

General Returns

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Must report any damages or packaging damages within 48 hours of delivery with
    proof of images emailed to shop@studiodhome.com
  • Must return item within 14 days with Valid Proof of Purchase
  • Must return item in the original packaging, in good condition, unused and
    unwashed
  • For all returns, shipping + handling fees to customer are non-refundable, unless the
    item is damaged or defective
  • Returns will be refunded less shipping + handling, plus a 25% restocking fee per
    item
  • Must require 3-5 days from receipt of returned item for quality control review and
    an additional 5-10 days for refund to post (refund made to original method of
    purchase, less shipping and any restocking fees)
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping

Non-Qualifying Returns

  • No returns on custom orders (exceptions to be made at the discretion of studio D)
  • Lighting (once installed), artwork and bedding cannot be returned unless damaged
  • No returns on studio D Outlet items
