Production Timelines (prior to shipping)

Please be aware that a number of of our pieces are made-to-order. That means each piece is made specifically for you.

This can mean a 3-4 week production window, specifically for artwork. If you require quicker turnaround, please reach out to us and we will try to accommodate your timeframe.

Pricing Chart for Shipping

  • $50.00 and under = $9.95
  • $51.00 - $100.00 = $15.95
  • $101.00 - $200.00 = $19.95
  • $201.00 and above = 10% of Merchandise Total

**A fee of $45.00 will be charged to orders containing oversized products (Oversized product defined as any shipment with a shipping unit containing a single dimension of 84” or greater.**

**Rates apply to the 48 contiguous states. Shipments made to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S territories are subject to an additional $45 fee.**

Non-Freight Items (Under 150lbs) Ship via UPS or FedEx:

  • Shipping times vary and are subject to vendor availability, as noted in product description.
  • Pre-order items are not yet in our warehouse and the dates presented for those products are estimates only. Dates are subject to change.
  • After your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent.
  • Attempted delivery or pickup no show fee = $65.00
  • For the first flight of stairs, no charge, each additional flight is subject to a $30 fee, per flight

  • Standard Shipping Option: No additional charge
    • Appointed delivery window (4 hour delivery window)
    • Outside delivery to the threshold / main entrance; first dry area ground level

  • Threshold Service Service: +$50.00
    • Appointed delivery window (4 hour delivery window)
    • Inside delivery over the threshold/main entrance
    • Signature Required
  • Room of Choice Service: +$75.00
    • Appointed Delivery Window (4 hour delivery window)
    • Inside delivery to the location/room of choice, inclusive of 1 flight of stairs
    • Signature Required
  • White Glove Service: +$149.00
    • Appointed delivery window (4 hour delivery window)
    • Inside delivery to the location/room of choice, inclusive of 1 flight of stairs
    • Unpack & debris removal (Up to 30 minutes)
